In 2014 a series of family and community meetings were held across the state. Feedback from these meetings was considered in the development of the statewide behavioral health plan for children.

Between December 2016 and March 2017, and January 2018 and April 2018, additional rounds of Community Conversations facilitated by FAVOR were completed to gather input from families and youth regarding progress in the development of the Connecticut Network of Care since 2014. The same questions asked to gather data to inform the CT Behavioral Health Plan were repeated to determine what is working well, what are areas for improvement, and what strategies can be implemented to further support the development of a statewide Network of Care to better serve and support youth and families.
